I have a very rich curriculum of unbuilt projects due to deliberate obstruction. And also an array of projects which were never finished for the same reason. Today when you work on a project yo never really know if it will actually be carried out. Most of what is designed is in fact never built… morethan half of what is planned is never executed, for this or that reason, because of a new mayor, because there is no financing…for many reasons.
