Bon Voyage

This is no ordinary exhibition catalog. Printed upon the occasion of Joëlle Allet’s first solo exhibition at The Museum of Arts in Sitten, Wallis, Bon Voyage resists the traditional exhibition catalog format of presenting works in the context of the exhibition. Instead, Allet takes the reader on a virtual 3d tour of the museum to view renderings of the projected finished works that have been digitally inserted into the space. In collaboration with the Swiss Society For Stereoscopy, Allet produced this series of images using the stereoscopy technique to achieve monochrome anaglyphs. Prepare to wander in wonder through this museum of optical illusions.
