Sert: Architect in New York

This catalog sets out to examine a particular period in the professional and personal development of Josep Lluís Sert: the first years of his exile in North America from 1939 to the mid-50s in New York, when he was appointed Dean of the Graduate School of Design at Harvard University. This publication compiles various of Sert’s urban projects for Latin American cities and his collaborations and encounters with other exiled European artists and architects.
