MYTHOLOGIES III. LES MÉTAMORPHOSES

This is the second book from photographer Letizia Le Fur’s ‘Mythologies’ series, inspired by the fascinations of her youth: classical mythology and the search for beauty. Her work explores the relationships between gods, nature, and humans, revisiting myths and combining it with a contemporary theme that stimulates the imagination. Le Fur recomposes images with a method that she developed early on. Her aesthetic approach of working with colours like painter produced fantastical landscapes, mysterious images of fleeting naked bodies, and dreamy scenes of flora and fauna.
