Leopoldo Pomés. Flashback

This book covers the creative universe of Leopoldo Pomés (Barcelona, 1931), one of the undisputed names in Catalan and Spanish photography in the second half of the 20th century. The publication explores the vast creative universe of Leopoldo Pomés, from its beginnings linked to the Dau al Set group until today, reviewing its vital and visual itinerary: the projects for photography books, the creation and production of advertising spots, its incursion into the cinema, the making of documentary videos, business projects in the field of restoration and its overwhelming photography. Together with all this, this volume gathers a large number of unpublished images for the general public and also serves as a catalog for the exhibition «Leopoldo Pomés. Flashback »held at La Pedrera Barcelona, from March 10 to July 12, 2015.
