DIARIS 2009 – 2019

Alba Yruela compiles in this voluminous volume a very personal selection of the images she has taken during the first ten years of her practice as a photographer.

They are photos of her taken beyond her professional work, in intimate and personal moments, with her friends, couples, or alone.

The photographs are shown chronologically, making it possible, on the one hand, to perceive how a language of its own has been creating and maturing, and on the other, to see a whole series of motifs that are almost obsessively maintained over the years: nature , the sky, the light, friends, self-portraits, and in a very special way, their own hands.
