“In Crania, Adalber Salas Hernández writes about the skull as a geological sample. This is a book-museum with an exhibition about the cranial vault. In many of his prose poems, the author seeks to define what that structure is and to address its mythology. It would be accurate to define Crania as a conceptual map that is at the same time the display of several diagrams/sculptures/performances, in which narrative and documentary aspects are sometimes accentuated. Several fragments could easily be included in an anthology of flash fiction. That variety makes the book bold and noteworthy, in the Letra Muerta editorial tradition.”
