Cindy Sherman

Fábrica Editorial publishes in parallel to the great retrospective of Cindy Sherman which will be inaugurated by the Museum of Modern Art of New York (MoMA) on the 26th of February, a catalogue which presents the amazing range of works created by the artist over 35 years. It is the most updated retrospective of her ground-breaking career, from the mid seventies to today, offering a new view of the work of a tirelessly innovative artist. Illustrated with almost 180 works (some of which are unpublished), the images are reproduced with a surprising chromatic precision and thematically grouped in order to suggest the shared thread of each different series.

The book contains texts of Eva Respini as well as a record of exhibitions and a biography of Cindy Sherman compiled by Lucy Gallum. It also includes articles of Johana Burton and John Waters.
