AV nº 214 Jean Nouvel- Doha, La Haya, Roma
CHILD PRODIGIO of the architecture during the decade of 1980, Jean Nouvel (Fumel, 1945) knew how to give the international jump to be incorporated to the payroll of the star architects. It was a leap linked to the creation of Ateliers Jean Nouvel, an office with 150 employees and headquarters in Paris, Barcelona, ??Geneva and Rome, which made it possible for the language of the French architect – so many times and always sophisticated – to have found accommodation in all the geographies of globalization, as evidenced by the works presented in these pages: the Qatar National Museum in Doha, the European Patent Office in The Hague, and the Alda Fendi Foundation in Rome.
