Launch of C PHOTO ‘Genesis’

On 15 December 2010, Ivorypress presented the first volume of the C Photo collection at Ivorypress. Attendees included Elena Ochoa Foster (founder and CEO of Ivorypress), Horacio Fernández (historian, independent curator and photography critic), and Iñaki Domingo (publications coordinator at Ivorypress). Entitled Genesis, this first volume examines the early approaches to photography of a number of major artists in contemporary photography. Their early works reflect their search for a unique direction and efforts to define their own language. The photographs are accompanied by texts from the photographers and photography experts, enabling viewers to better appreciate the development of their work.
