Photobook Club Madrid & Ivorypress

On 11 November, Ivorypress will host a new session of the Photobook Club Madrid. This time the participants will be able to enjoy all of the photobooks nominated for The Paris Photo-Aperture Foundation PhotoBook Awards. Winners will be announced a few days later at Paris Photo. Ivorypress Bookshop has put together the nominees, some of them self-published and difficult to find, so that the participants of the Photobook Club Madrid can discuss their favorite nominees.

The Kassel Fotobookfestival nominees will also be showed, putting at the participants’ disposal rare books such as the special edition of Coexistence, by Stephen Gill, A01 (COD.19.1.1.43)-A27 (S/ COD.23) by Rosângela Rennó and Surrender Myself to the Chair of Life by Jin Ohashi.

After standing up for their favourite nominee, participants will vote and decide which nominee deserves the award of the best photobook of 2013.
