Opening: Delirious City

On 16 November the exhibition Delirious City opened at Ivorypress. The exhibition shows the work that photographer Antonio Girbés (Tavernes de la Valldigna, Valencia 1952) created over the previous five years. Delirious City is a work in progress. As Girbés himself has said, he is after ‘the construction of an excessive, unreal city out of time’ and to this end the artist culls fragments of architecture from his travels to Paris, Moscow, Naples, New York, Shanghai, Barcelona and Vienna. The exhibition was open to the public until 7 January, 2012.
