Wandering Still began in 2006, as an attempt to visualise an aware-ness of impermanence in a strange yet wonderful world. Along the way I have also tried to develop a way of working, one that leads to liberation from uncompassionate obstructions in my body, mind and actions. By inviting colleagues/friends connected to Goldsmiths University of London to individually respond in writing to selected images I hoped to learn and share related thoughts, interpretations, theories etc with a wider audience. As a whole, I hope the viewer/reader of Wandering Still has a primeval or introspective response to the images. Maybe, if not so already, become interested in exploring how one feels, relates to, or would visualise anawareness of impermanence.
