Face Contact

‘Face Contact’ looks at the human face as it is represented in photography, not merely the subject of a photograph but as a way of communicating something. People from all kinds of different backgrounds have been asked to contribute to this publication. Editor Gerardo Mosquera has condensed the general concept behind PHotoEspaña; Interfaces. The etymology of this word; ‘between faces’ is translated to the subject matter of this book. With contributions by: Liliana Angulo, Ananke Asseff, Simryn Gill, Eugenio Dittborn, Mona Hatoum, Jose Iraola, Libia Posada, Jorge Ribalta, Nancy Burson, Shilpa Gupta, and many others.
